Rational layout and cockpit ergonomics
The pilothouse door being offset to starboard for an entrance in line with the interior fittings,
the cockpit table is offset to port to facilitate passage. The benches are long enough to lie on comfortably and the backrests
high enough for restful sitting positions.
The two steering wheels pedestals are attached to the rear of the watertight bulkhead separating the aft cabins from the lazarette, leaving room
for the steering and lifting mechanisms of the two rudders and the various lockers in the aft part of the cockpit.
Controls and winches are grouped together in this central and safe part of the cockpit.
The winches positioned near the helm stations are high enough for an optimal position in manual use.

- Cockpit benches 2m20 long and with variable width allowing relaxing positions
- Sturdy teak table with crossbar between the aluminum pedestals as foot rest when the boat is heeling and/or secure harness lanyards
- Numerous lockers and cubbies
- Jefa steering wheels diameter 1000 mm, pedestals with compass, engine, pilot, bow-thruster and windlass controls, but without chart plotters/screens exposed to bad weather, Ipad use in waterproof box and wifi communication with main navigation station
- Concave-shaped teak slatted helm seats comfortable when heeling, foot rests, possible "sit-stand" position
- Andersen winches including a 72ST 24V in the centre, optimized positions (e.g. column at the end of the coamings) to facilitate manual use
- Lines remaining visible for ease of replacement and weight saving at deck level (no tubes) all along the deck coachroof, except at the crossing point towards the gangways, Antal V-Grip Plus cleats
- Lines stowages with horizontal aluminum bars and sailcloth closures
- Large, very safe aft pulpit, steps to access the gangways
- Gantry with pivoting solar panels, wind generators, antennas and lifting arch for the dinghy
- Hinged bathing platform above the sugar-scoop step
- Locker with mooring line furler on port side integrated into the transom, roller and cleat for aft anchor, hydrogenerator support
